We were looking to do a new banister and hand rails for our stairway. Emanuel was out 3rd quote and his pricing and presentation were really good. We decided to give Emanuel our business. He told us the work would take approximately two weeks, which really turned out to be a seven day wait. He said he would be here on Thursday @ 9:00 AM and sure enough, he was here. Emanuel & Freddy fabricated everything in about 6 hours. He took everything down to bring back to his shop and do all the finish work and final paint. By the way, a ton of colors to choose from. He said he would be back the next Monday to install the final product. Guess what? Like clockwork, there he was as promised. As he started the final installation, we had noticed that the color wasn't quite what we thought it was going to be, and some of the welds weren't what we thought they were going to be either. We pointed out what we were not happy with and without hesitation, Emanuel said that he would take everything...
